Returns

Each Aurea Nova candle is hand-poured and finished in small batches, which means each is slightly unique.

Unopened candles in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping. Buyer covers return shipping.

We do not accept returns on opened, burned, or damaged candles — including damage caused by improper burning.

If your candle arrives damaged in transit, email hello@aureanova.com within 7 days with photos and we’ll replace it at no cost.
